After dismantling major units, all parts are cleaned & inspected. Cylinder bores, crank journals, etc. are measured for wear. We are then able to advise the client on the extent of reconditioning required.

Braking system overhauls can include upgrades if required. Non-corroding pipework is used for all new systems.

Cooling systems on early cars, even when in good condition, can cause concern in today's traffic hold-ups. When required to fit modern electric fans, we endeavour to make the installations as unobtrusive as possible, in order to preserve period appearance under the bonnet.
